Protecting the value of money in Latin America
Multi-currency savings and digital gold in one single platform.
Meet the Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the currency exchange industry, Eduardo Chávez is the founder of Divinter Divisas. He has a solid banking background and has operated in multiple states across Mexico. At its peak, Divinter managed over 20 currency exchange locations — including corporate branches and franchises — and processed thousands of transactions daily. This deep operational insight into how money moves across borders — legally, securely, and at scale — now forms the foundation of his new venture: Black Ór, a fintech designed to modernize the way Latin Americans save, exchange, and send money globally. Not another Revolut or Wise. Unlike European fintechs, Black Ór was born in Latin America — not in London or Berlin. We’re solving different problems, for people with different needs — where saving in dollars isn’t a feature… it’s survival.
The Problem We’re Solving
- Limited access to USD and EUR in Latin America
- Many people want to save in USD but only have access to physical cash
- Local currency devaluation and inflation risks
- Exchange houses shutting down across the region
- Traditional bank cards apply abusive conversion rates
LATAM consumers and small businesses lack safe, transparent, multi-currency solutions.
Our Solution
Black Ór: A multi-currency and gold wallet for savers and small businesses in LATAM.
Ór-ale Pay: A remittance service designed for U.S.-based senders.
How we differ from Wise, Revolut, and Nubank: We integrate USD + local currencies + gold, offer better FX spreads, and are tailored to LATAM’s real needs.
